It depends on where the skip is going. On your driveway or any other private land, no permit is needed. If the skip has to sit on a public road or pavement, you'll need a skip permit from Kent County Council Highways. The fee is £100 and covers a 2-week period. We handle the application for you - select the permit option when booking and allow at least 5 working days ahead of your delivery date.

For a full clearance, most customers in West Malling go for an 8-yard builders skip, which takes around 80 bin bags and covers most properties.
