Folkestone Skip Hire You Can Count On

Folkestone is a busy coastal town with a constant stream of renovation and clearance work. The ongoing regeneration around the Harbour Arm and Creative Quarter generates significant demand, alongside older Victorian and Edwardian terraces in areas like Foord, The Leas and along Sandgate Road. Newer housing around Cheriton and Park Farm brings its share of garden clearances and building waste too.

We serve all Folkestone postcodes: CT19 and CT20, along with parts of CT18. We also cover the surrounding areas, including Hawkinge, Sandgate, Capel-le-Ferne, Cheriton, Newington, Lympne and Peene.

The fee is £100 for a 2-week permit period. Please allow at least 5 working days before your preferred delivery date – this is a council processing requirement and cannot be expedited.

Pricing is based on your postcode and skip size. As a guide: a 4-yard skip from £190, 6-yard from £220, 8-yard from £250 and 12-yard from £355. All prices exclude VAT and are effective from January 2026. Get a quote for your exact price.

An 8-yard builders skip is the most popular choice for a full house clearance - it holds around 80 bin bags and covers most properties. For clearing just one or two rooms, a 4-yard skip is usually enough. If you're tackling a larger Victorian terrace around The Leas or Foord, consider a 12-yard to avoid needing a second delivery.
