Developments at Countrystyle to Streamline Contacts and Communication

Countrystyle Recycling launches its “who you going to call” campaign as part of its continued efforts to develop services and streamline operations.

Starting with the recent release of the ‘Find your Consultant’ webpage, the company continues to offer its Consultative approach to tailoring waste management. Now as the campaign progresses, the telephone directories have been updated and modernised to reflect the company’s offerings and guide new/existing customers to the relevant departments in a bid to streamline responses.

Countrystyle’s flagship Ridham Facility near Sittingbourne has also seen recent development as the internal structure has been rearranged to create a new waste bay in the processing area. Staff will also benefit from the restructure with new offices installed to facilitate more teams once Social Distancing Measures have eased.

The launch has seen a tremendous response thus far with new businesses commending the service as an effective, fresh and easy tool to use. Commenting on the campaign, Head of Sales & Marketing Sonya Cragg said: “Throughout the Pandemic, we were fully operational. As key workers, we continued servicing and working with our clients and ensure they received the best possible service to ensure their operations were not interrupted.

This period in time also allowed us to evolve the business and establish areas of improvement. The “Who you going to call” campaign will provide a better, streamlined service and ensure our customers reach the correct department.”

The time for evaluation has also led to changes and complemented synergies between departments. As the new offices develop, the Artics, RoRo and Skip Team have now merged to the Transport team which supports each other during fluctuating demand for services, creating a streamlined service for bulk haulage customers.

Sonya Cragg continued “The Pandemic has given us the opportunity to analyse the core of the business and establish where we can create better support structures for departments are welcomed as we embrace the next chapter of the business as the UK returns back to a form of normality
