Depot Manager

Role Information: 

Countrystyle Recycling is a leading Kent based, privately owned Waste Management and Recycling Company. We collect, handle, process, dispose and recycle almost all forms of waste. Our main facility, at Ridham near Sittingbourne, Kent, provides specialist services for the recycling of plasterboard, wood, mixed dry recyclables and the manufacture of RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel).
Countrystyle is expanding its operations in Cambridgeshire and is now in a position to recruit a Depot Manager for its Huntingdon Site.
As the Manager of this new depot you will be required to manage all aspects of HR, vehicles and customer communications, interfacing with our sister organisation Envar Composting.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who works well under pressure with the drive and commitment to ensure quality and high standards are achieved, whilst still enforcing a compliant and safe working environment. You will have the ability to deliver through others and assist in managing and motivating a team of individuals to reach a common goal. You will be required to ensure all staff on site adhere to the company’s procedures and policies.

Hours: 

Full time, 48 hours per week, worked between Monday to Sunday, from 07.00am to 16.30pm with one hour unpaid for lunch.
