This years Countrystyle Cup raises £280 for the Kent Air Ambulance
The 11 a-side match was held at the Gallagher Stadium, in Maidstone, Kent on Friday 10 July.
Staff from all areas of the company got involved in the game and also saw colleagues from our sister company FGS Plant playing.
It was an exciting game, seeing the match finish 6-1.
Countrystyle is a strong supporter of the Kent Air Ambulance having raised money for them on several occasions in the past.
The Kent Air Ambulance is a registered charity established in 1989 to relieve sick and injured people in South East England and surrounding areas by providing a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service and Air Ambulance service for the benefit of the community. The helicopter is based in Marden, with a sister helicopter based in Dunsfold Park to serve the counties of Surrey and Sussex.
Flying fast, direct and unhindered at average speeds of 150mph the Kent Air Ambulance service can reach any part of the county within 15 minutes. Its doctor and paramedic crew bring their specialist clinical skills to the scene of medical emergencies. It can then transport patients to the most appropriate hospital or specialist unit in a fraction of the time taken by land ambulance.
